In 1985 J. Reyes a Cuban immigrant arrived in Miami, FL after working in Texas for five years performing pipeline fabrication and welding for oil refineries. He worked his way to be an independent worker by founding Reyes Metal Inc in 1985 based out Miami, FL. a company dedicated to providing metal fabrication and welding services. After years of hard work and a lot of dedication, he chose to change his company name to Reyes Metal Fabricators to emphasize his talent and passion in Fabricating metal products.
Reyes Metal Fabricators was then established in 2008. Although the name changed, Reyes Metal has more than 30 years of experience working in commercial and private metal projects.
For many years RM Fabricators was composed of a single owner. In 2011 his youngest son D. Reyes who grew up watching, learning and playing in his Dad’s metal shop, and later went off to work for several years in large Steel Construction Companies in Florida, joined him in expanding his business creating a father and son team, and helping the company provide more challenging and complex projects to customers.
Over the last several years the projects that have been handled range from residential to commercial, Including custom metal services.
In August 2019 D. Reyes, gave a new turn to Reyes Metal by becoming the primary qualifier with his General Contractor License and putting the company Reyes Metal Fabricators in what is its new stage in the construction area. Thus, his father who founded the company, can now see the company continue on to its next generation.
