Return & Refund Policy

The Conditions of Use Agreement (“COU”) describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our online store at europeanwigsandhairbylucas.com. You agree that you have read and agree to be bound by this Conditions of Use Agreement (“COU”). All mention of and reference to European Wigs & Hair by Lucas, LLC refers to and represents europeanwigsandhairbylucas.com, its owners, affiliated parties, social media pages, i.e. (Facebook) and subsidiaries as (“Company”). BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT USE THIS SITE.

Purpose of Sales:

All sales of products by Company are limited to personal use and may not, without the express prior written approval of Company, be made in conjunction with any resale or commercial use. We reserve the right to limit the quantities to normal retail purchases.

Return Policy:

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

We make every attempt to represent our products accurately and want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We understand, though, that in some cases customers may request a return. Though we do not offer refunds, Customers may exchange UNUSED ITEMS IN THE

ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 5 business days of receiving their order. That means you can only return it in the exact condition as it was received. If you try on, cut or modify the system/item, apply the items, color, style, comb, wash, use or alter any part of the system/item, we will not honor an exchange or offer store credit. Please understand that these policies are necessary health precautions and we will adhere strictly to them. Once we validate your return, stock wigs may be exchanged for another stock wig (of equal or lesser value) & is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if our return policy conditions are not met. We also reserve the right to refuse exchanges on custom orders and extension systems; however, customers may be notified whether an exchange is possible before placing their custom order.

There are no exchanges or refunds on Custom, Sale, Closeout, Discontinued or Clearance items. We understand that some individuals may experience an allergic reaction due to the ingredients used in hair extension and hair replacement products; however, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds due to allergic reactions.

Therefore, we recommend that you test the product on a small area according to known system directions prior to fully applying the product. We recommend you conduct a skin allergy test 48 hours prior to use.

All exchanges have to be pre-authorized by at least (2) principles of Company and multiple exchanges are not allowed. Any un-authorized returns will be refused and returned to customer at the customer’s expense. If you need an exchange, contact us and we will issue an exchange authorization number (RA#). No exchanges will be accepted without RA #.

All shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable. If a customer has qualified for a product exchange, Company will pay the cost of shipping the exchanged item. However, Company will not pay for return shipping, nor refund the original shipping charges if a customer is unhappy with the merchandise. We strongly recommend that customers also insure their package for the full purchase price as we will not be responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly package and to insure items so that they are received by us in good condition. Customers are responsible for filing claims with the courier you use in case of loss or damage. If the returned item is unsuitable for re-stocking, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. All policies apply to products purchased at Company or thru Company. We will not honor exchanges for our items purchased from any other source. Please note that any products purchased at E-bay are subject to the terms specified in the auction listing.

Non-Waiver of Breach:

The failure of either party hereto to enforce any one or more of the terms or conditions of this COU shall not be deemed a waiver of such terms or conditions or of either party’s rights thereafter to enforce each and every term and condition of this COU.

Custom Orders:

Pricing & Returns. A 70% non-refundable deposit is due, on select custom orders only, upon placement of the customer’s order and the balance is due 15 calendar days from the order date (If you pay your deposit on May 1st, the balance is due by the end of the business day on May 16th). If you cancel your select custom order or do not pay the balance on the due date, you will forfeit your 70% deposit (your deposit will not be returned and it cannot be used for store credit). There are no exceptions or extensions to the payment plan for any reason whatsoever. If you feel that there may be any reason to prevent you from paying your balance on time, we encourage you to pay for your order in full.

Once we finalize your order and receive payments, we will contact you when your order is complete and ready to ship. We will not ship out your order until the balance is paid.

Delivery Time

Most custom orders currently take 3-6 weeks for delivery.

Each order is handmade with the highest quality standards. Production time is an estimate, not a guarantee. 99% of our orders are delivered during, or in some cases before, the estimated time; however, you should order early enough to allow for fluctuations in production time. Fluctuations are mainly caused by seasonal closings (e.g., due to holidays), volume of orders in system, weather issues, back-ordered supplies, questions or changes on orders and more. Should there be any delays, we will modify your production time estimate and inform you of how many production days must be added to complete your order. We are not responsible for delays due to any circumstances as some areas of production and delivery are out of our control. We also reserve the right to cancel custom orders for any reason- our sole responsibility will be to provide a full refund in this case.

If for any reason, your order is delayed, we will contact you. Inquiries regarding delivery time within your quoted period of 3-6 weeks will be answered with a copy of the custom order policy.

Requesting Order Changes. Please review your final order carefully before you submit it. Once your order goes into production, we cannot change it (it only goes into production once we finalize details of your order and collect payments). If you have any questions about how to place your order please contact us. Custom order specifications can be modified until payment is made and production starts, but cannot be modified or reversed once the custom order is in production.
