Exchange visit – COPECO
The FIU-DRR Program will host an exchange visit with COPECO (National Emergency Management Agency of Honduras) in Spring 2015 at the MMC Campus and designated locations. The visit includes high and mid-level COPECO officials. The participants include representatives from Honduras and staff from FIU. During this event, the delegation will visit state, local, departmental and institutional EOCs, and meet with key operational personnel to learn about integration of local and state EOCs, as well as with the regional and national system.
