Her career in floral began as the Director of Marketing at Syndicate Sales, where she honed her skills and gained a comprehensive understanding of the floral industry. Later, she co-founded FreshPath Marketing, a consultancy focused on helping growers, wholesalers, retailers, and industry organizations implement impactful marketing strategies and educational initiatives.<\/p>\n In addition to her professional accomplishments, Melanie has been actively involved in key industry organizations, including WFFSA and SAF. She\u2019s also a sought-after speaker at industry events and a respected contributor to leading floral publications.
