SALES
Canvassers combine customer service and listening skills with marketing knowledge to help the customers to understand how to going solar and all the benefits for themselves and the environment.
This position serves as the face and voice of Core Energy Solar, communicating and engaging with customers, both online and offline, to promote and explain to them our products and services.
A SS helps homeowners to understand how different solar systems work and how the installation process is trough solar presentations.
OPERATIONS
A CCS is the first contact for assigned customer accounts, responsible for timely and accurate processing of incoming orders and quotation requests via phone, fax, or email.
An FMR is responsible for driving the company awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with customers. A field marketer is also a liaison between customers and solar specialists, providing valuable information about products and services to customers.
