- Then you`re going to be able to approve it and ask questions.
After the design process, we’ll take care of permitting duties which includes the approval and HOA sign off (if needed). You don’t have to worry about anything.
The Fourth Step
Get Installed
You can almost celebrate! In this step, our engineers will set the installation schedule, and when it is ready, we need to complete these actions:
- The lender verifies the satisfactory install.
- Loan starts (if financed).
- Remaining payment is collected (if cash).
- And finally the last inspection.
