Dr. Hernando has spent his career in complete dedication to improving and empowering every single one of his patients, helping people in even the most severe cases lead normal and productive lives under his care and supervision. Dr. Hernando understands that some therapies and medications may involve varying times for recovery. Dr. Hernando has carefully selected a great team to work with him. A team that includes two great Nurse Practitioners, Rosa M. Poviones, APRN, and Ileana Dominguez Baute, APRN, both capable and experienced to provide his patients with the same level of care.
Patients can participate in short- term or long-term care. All patients receive a personalized treatment plan to cope with their unique and specific needs.
Dr. Hernando has been recognized by his patients and peers for his professionalism and empathy as his patients rise to their challenges with his unwavering guidance.
We are happy to have as an independent provider, Dr. Amy Jacobstein, Psy. D, a clinical Psychologist with many years of experience as well. The combination of Psychotherapy offered by Dr. Jacobstein and Pharmacotherapy by Dr. Hernando and his Nurse Practitioners has positively impacted the outcome of treatment for our patients.
